WorldHost Customer Service Training Programme - We deliver the WorldHost programme for those in the hospitality, tourism, retail and other service-centred businesses. The programme is set to raise the standard and delivery of customer service training ahead of the Ryder Cup and Commonwealth Games, both in 2014, and the Rugby World Cup in 2015.
